The information provided by Tennis Pro is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Predictions and tips are generated by AI models and do not guarantee success or winnings. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on content within the app.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Tennis Pro you agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable local laws regarding sports information and betting
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

4. Subscription & PRO+ Access

Tennis Pro offers a free tier with limited features and a PRO+ subscription that unlocks advanced AI predictions and analytics. Subscriptions are billed through the respective app store (Google Play / Apple App Store). All purchases are subject to the store's refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tennis Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Tennis Pro and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kenya.
